The daughter of Sun Jian and sister to Sun Ce and Sun Quan. To strengthen their political alliance, Sun Quan arranged her marriage to Liu Bei. Spirited and headstrong, she caused unrest in Jing Province before ultimately returning to Wu.
Zhuge Liang once remarked, "Liu Bei dreaded Cao Cao in the north and Sun Quan in the east. But he also feared Lady Sun at home."
