Leader of Shu Han's Five Tiger Generals and sworn brother to Liu Bei and Zhang Fei. Described by contemporaries as having the strength of 10,000 men. Guarded Jing Province after Liu Bei's westward campaign, but was ultimately defeated by Sun Quan's general Lü Meng.
While Guan Yu’s iconic duels are fictional, his real feats were just as spectacular. At the Battle of Baima, he broke through enemy lines, struck down the general Yan Liang, severed his head amid the chaos, and carried it back to camp.
